I am a fully qualified and insured member of The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and an authorised member of the Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) Network. I am also registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

Although some travel much further for their treatments, my clients mainly live in the Lampeter, Tregaron and Aberystwyth areas of Ceredigion in West/Mid Wales. My practice is based in Cellan (near Lampeter). My clientele is aged between 6 and 94 years and come to me for help with a wide range of conditions.

Reflexology is a relaxing complementary therapy which encourages the body to restore itself to a healthy balance and a sense of well-being.

Whilst reflexology is particularly effective for stress-related conditions, you don’t have to be ill to benefit from a reflexology treatment. Rather like servicing your car, regular reflexology treatments may help maintain good health as well as relieving a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses.
