2019 has been personally challenging for me, to say the least! So, I have been following some of the advice I regularly suggest to other people. I signed up for Headspace, the meditation app. In just 5 weeks, it’s helped put my thoughts back on track and enabled the best quality sleep I have had in years.

Overwhelming thoughts or poor sleep?  Why not give Headspace a try?
